What is E-Delivery?
With E-Delivery, you can have your statements, confirms, prospectuses, syndicates, proxies, Forms 1099, annual reports and general correspondence delivered electronically. You may receive these documents electronically for select accounts or all of your accounts.
These electronic documents may include our official communications to you, such as transactional and account update confirmation letters as well as policy or procedure updates. They are available shortly after the update or transaction. Please note, you will no longer receive the documents you choose to receive by E-Delivery through standard mail. When a document is available, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to the item on smithbarney.com.
You may also enroll in Future Account E-Delivery. This allows you to automatically enroll accounts that are added to your statement consolidation.

General Correspondence includes notices of account information changes, confirmations of certain financial transactions and general communications related to your accounts or other aspects of your relationship with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
General Correspondence is a new section of Portfolio where you may view or download recent correspondence in Adobe PDF format securely and at your convenience. Back to TopHow can I view my statements online?
Visit View Online Statements. The most recent statement for each account will be listed. You can also search for past statements by account and month. Statements are kept for seven years, and as many as 12 statements can be displayed at once.
Place a check next to each statement you wish to view and then click Display. The file will be displayed in PDF format on Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you are unable to find this month's statement, you may be signed up for quarterly statements. Please contact your Financial Advisor if you would like to have this option changed. Complete the online form. After submitting your information, you will receive an email notification of enrollment.
If you have multiple accounts in your household with different Social Security numbers, follow through E-Delivery enrollment with the first Social Security number and the account(s) connected with it. Then, return to E-Delivery enrollment with the second Social Security number and add those accounts, and so on. If you have additional questions, please call our Online Client Service Center at 1 (800) 221-3636 or 1 (801) 617-9153, or contact your Financial Advisor.

To enroll for E-Delivery without a Social Security number, submit a signed document by mail. If the account has a Tax ID number or is international with no Social Security number, at the end of the enrollment process you will be prompted to print and sign the form. This signed document should be returned to your Financial Advisor. If you have additional questions, please call our Online Client Service Center at 1 (800) 221-3636 or 1 (801) 617-9153, or contact your Financial Advisor.
To enroll for E-Delivery without a Social Security number, submit a signed document by mail. If you have a managed account, it is possible to get your quarterly performance monitor by E-Delivery. On the E-Delivery online enrollment form, please select the box for Performance Monitors. If this option does not appear, please contact your Financial Advisor advisor to enable it.
Note: If you currently receive a composite Review in addition to (or in place of) your individual account Reviews, you must enroll all of the underlying accounts to receive the composite through E-Delivery. If your composite includes accounts that are not listed above, that composite is not eligible for E-Delivery. You may contact your Financial Advisor for any questions you may have regarding your Quarterly Review setup. If you have additional questions, please call our Online Client Service Center at 1 (800) 221-3636 or 1 (801) 617-9153, or contact your Financial Advisor.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing notices from smithbarney.com through email, please refer to the opt out language toward the bottom of the email correspondence and select the communication you no longer wish to receive. Go to E-Delivery and click "Continue". On the next screen enter your Social Security number to access the enrollment page. Uncheck the box of each item you no longer wish to receive via E-Delivery. Even if you do not have a Social Security number and used a paper form to enroll in E-Delivery, you may cancel your participation online. After all changes are made, agree to the Terms & Conditions to complete the process. If you have additional questions, please call our Online Client Service Center at 1 (800) 221-3636 or 1 (801) 617-9153, or contact your Financial Advisor.
